Cloud Operations Engineer

What we do

At Viva Labs, we develop a complete smart home platform, which encompasses mobile apps, cloud services, gateway firmware and customer service dashboards. We are heavily based on AWS, moving towards a serverless architecture.

What you will do

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Viva Labs, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our platform, including monitoring, deployment, scaling, and operational security. You will also be involved in service architecture.

You will collaborate closely with the rest of the technical team using agile principles. We have a 24/7 external operations monitoring team, and you will be their point of contact.

Skills you should have

• AWS operational experience
• Linux sysadmin experience
• Experience securing Linux and networks
• Script proficiency (Bash / Python)
